Ryan is a rare native Arizonian and has had the privilege to live in several neighborhoods throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. Ryan's passion for real estate began over 18 years ago when he purchased his first rental property and has since become a seasoned investor and landlord. Rachael is a 5th generation Arizona native and full time agent with The Swan Team. She joins us with over 15 years of customer service experience, which has instilled a strong desire to connect with people on a personal level as well as a “clients first” work ethic. From first-time home buyers to the avid investor, Rachael is devoted to her clients and knows the importance and value of a personal relationship with an agent. Rachael uses her knowledge of the Valley to help buyers of all experience levels find the right property for them. Her ultimate goal is to make the buying/selling process less stressful and more enjoyable. Outside of real estate, Rachael and her husband Michael have two wonderful daughters. Michael works as a residential contractor, so the entire family enjoys taking on many DIY home improvement projects.

Born and raised in Arizona, Manny is a 2nd generation full time Realtor operating in the Phoenix area. He prides himself on providing professional and efficient service to his clientele. Even after your transaction closes, he is always ready to answer questions or offer real estate advice whenever you may need it. Apart from real estate, Manny enjoys watching sports, skiing, and traveling. He has been to 21 countries around the world with hopes to visit more!
