More about the team founder, Ryan Swan
Ryan has a long history with Phoenix real estate going back to 2004 when he purchased his first rental property just steps from ASU’s campus in Tempe. Since then he’s bought, managed, 1031-Exchanged, and flipped a portfolio of investment properties including single family homes, multi-family apartments, condos, and townhouses. Investors love working with Ryan because he’s actually owned and operated rental properties over the past 18 years and he understands the business of finding, analyzing, acquiring, and owning/managing all different classes of income properties.
Since 2017, Ryan has helped investors buy, sell, and exchange over $17M worth of multi-family properties valley wide. This is in addition the millions more of single family homes and condos acquired by investors for a variety of rental strategies including long term, short term, student rentals, house hacking & more.
