Ryan has a long history with Phoenix real estate going back to 2004 when he purchased his first rental property just steps from ASU’s campus in Tempe. Since then he’s bought, managed, 1031-Exchanged, and flipped a portfolio of investment properties including single family homes, multi-family apartments, condos, and townhouses. Investors love working with Ryan because he’s actually owned and operated rental properties over the past 15 years and he understands the business of finding, analyzing, acquiring, and owning/managing all different classes of income properties.
In 2018 alone, clients used Ryan’s expertise to purchase $3.5 million in multi-family real estate, and over $1.4 million in other types of investment properties (mostly short term vacation rentals in the lucrative Scottsdale market).

Ryan was born in Phoenix, grew up in Scottsdale, and attended ASU in Tempe. He's watched the cities grow into the sprawling metro area affectionately called The Valley of the Sun.
Ryan started his own computer repair business when he was just 15 years old and continued operating it throughout college.
Ryan attended Brophy College Preparatory in Central Phoenix and graduated near the top of his class.
Ryan graduated from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
After college, Ryan spent five years with a tech company in Scottsdale building web apps and data mining using SQL. His client of focus was HomeAway, parent company of VRBO.com
He has been building and repairing computers for over 25 years, and is now pretty handy with a drill and hammer around his properties as well.
