 Stop your search and hire Ryan. I started connecting with agents a few months ago and was open to any deal at all in Atlanta where I lived or Phoenix, where I could move. I got in touch with a few real estate agents and wholesalers, and most of them promised to return calls but never did or just set up lame MLS searches and barely followed up. Ryan responded to my initial email immediately and talked me through various investment opportunities including multi-families, house-hacking, student rentals, etc, set up and refined great searches for all options, spent hours on the phone with me analyzing why properties would or would not be a good fit, and more.
